Bought a car from MPC, the service at the time was great, I guess everyone is when they want your money. As soon as I was interested in the car, they were quick to message me and get me to come view it for me to buy it. However, when I got home, we noticed a lot of rust on the brakes, they definitely wouldn’t have passed the MOT they apparently took it for, they wanted to drive my car from hull, to Manchester to get them looked at, then drive it back to me. They also stated the car came with parking sensors, which it definitely doesn’t. The customer service I have received has been appalling, they don’t follow up with any queries you have, you have to message and call atleast 5 times to get your issue listened to or even for a reply. I absolutely love the car, however the customer service after is shocking.
